VALUATION ADVISORY

Company value is typically assessed using range of well established approaches such as Balance Sheet Net Asset Value, Net Present Value/Discounted Cash-flows and Market Comparable Assessment. However these approaches ignore the financial impact of sub-12 months time-frame executable operational improvement interventions to Net Cashflows. Our Hidden Value review identifies the sustainable cost, cash or revenue retention/improvements that impact overall enterprise value of the business.  Simply put, for example, for a company with a price earnings (P.E.) multiple of 12X after achieving a £10M sustainable cost reduction or increase in EBIT from operational improvements would generate a £120M increase in its sale value.
